APPLICABLE TAXES
Taxes are automatically calculated on purchases made in Canada, according to the applicable province laws based on the shipping address provided.
UNTTLD is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to the shipment under any circumstances.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
UNTTLD accepts returns and exchanges of new merchandise within fourteen days of delivery as long as the following conditions are met:
- Original tags are on the merchandise
- Merchandise has not been worn, used or damaged in any way.
When returning an item, please find the printed return label and the return instructions in the box. Kindly follow the provided instructions.
Return shipping is complimentary through FEDEX: you can leave the package at the nearest FEDEX drop-off.
Prepare the items you wish to return in the original box and ensure it is safely sealed before leaving it with the courier.
Please note that if you decide to ship with a different courier, the shipping will be at your expense. This means we are not responsible in case of loss, damage or theft.
