EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
UNTTLD accepts returns and exchanges of new merchandise within fourteen days of delivery as long as the following conditions are met:
- Original tags are on the merchandise
- Merchandise has not been worn, used or damaged in any way.
Please contact us at info@atelierunttld.com for any return requests. Kindly follow the provided instructions.
Return shipping is complimentary through FEDEX: you can leave the package at the nearest FEDEX drop-off.
Prepare the items you wish to return in the original box and ensure it is safely sealed before leaving it with the courier.
Please note that shipping with a different courier will be at your own expense. Atelier UNTTLD is not responsible in case of loss, damage or theft.
UNTTLD reserves itself the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet the standards elaborated above.
